The End of Blogger Anonymity?

Canadian model Liskula Cohen won a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of New York that forces Google to release the name of an anonymous blogger who posted photos and derogatory comments about her on a now-defunct blog. Said her lawyer Steven Wagner, “People who behave poorly and defame people on the Internet will face possible repercussions..This is one of a series of cases that is establishing a standard. The standard is not set yet.”
